The percentage of players that make it to MLB is so small that it seems like it’s not worth ending your life for not achieving it. If you enjoy playing that much there are plenty of league that you can continue to play in without ending your life. I would suggest Twilight, NABA, or a local adult league. These leagues are still as competitive as other local leagues, and even have state and national tournaments. Or volunteer to coach local Little League, Babe Ruth, or American Legion ball and share your passion with a younger generation. You may not have made it there yourself but maybe you can coach a kid to make it to that level.
